I have worked with Police, Fire and Army candidates to improve their fitness levels to join and become operational. I have worked with service men and women to maintain their fitness and during rehabilitation when they have become injured.
I have worked with mums to regain their bodies and work on a realistic plan to manage their lives and their fitness and nutrition goals.



I have coached bikini athletes to prepare them for stage. I am not a posing coach so you will need to find someone who can help you in this area, but I can get you lean enough for stage and assist you with the eating phase to grow muscle.
I have a dedicated program to help fat loss called 90/Ten (Link). This helps you understand the food that you enjoy and lose fat at the same time. This is not a diet plan. This ensures that you learn about how you put on fat and how you lose it, without yoyo dieting or fad diets.
I offer meal plans that you can download and stick to for short periods of time, if you want to boost your fat loss or if you want a quick fix. It must be understood that these are not sustainable to 90% of people that use them. They work initially but if you go back to normal eating without understanding the food you eat, you will gain fat again. This is where 90/Ten comes in and helps you to understand the process.
I offer workout plans to assist you in the gym or at home. There are body weight workouts that you need no equipment for. Home workouts with some small pieces of equipment and full gym workouts, where machinery can be used.
I offer personal training to men and women in my own private gym. Personal Training, should be exactly that ‘Personal’. Personal to you and also personal from others in the gym. It will be you and me and that is it. Our time together is important to utilise the vision you have moving forward and I bespoke your training to meet your needs.

Most people think a Personal Trainer is for the elite. It is not. It is for people who want to learn and move forward and be accountable. Some of my clients come to me every 2 weeks and learn the fundamentals of weight lifting and take it away with them to use in a commercial gym.
